Boughtonwood Homes are actively looking for new development opportunities in Surrey and Sussex.

We buy land with or without planning permission, but we prefer sites that have yet to gain any consent so that we can optimise the potential scheme and ensure that every aspect is carefully considered to complement and enhance its surroundings. As a result, we have an excellent record of achieving planning consents. We are always pleased to work closely with land owners, particularly if they will continue to live next to a development, in order to ensure that they are happy with the designs and proud to be associated with the scheme.

We enjoy bringing our considerable experience, gained from working with well-known companies, to our own smaller sites and employ a team of highly qualified consultants.  We regularly use our expertise to work on opportunities that may have legal, planning or technical complications that do not suit local builders and are too small to interest larger developers.

We are happy to consider garden plots, greenfield or brownfield land and usually buy sites for between one and ten houses, but we can also consider larger projects and joint ventures. As a small company, we are able to make quick and free assessments of all opportunities and are happy to work with Agents and pay introduction fees together with re-sale instructions when appropriate.
